Over the past three years, Norbert has expressed great appreciation for the support received from Gallagher SA, crediting individuals like Mark Smit and Demi Nel for their dedication. He acknowledges that this is the first time in two decades that he has experienced reseller support that is truly impactful.

As he humorously puts it, “I hope we can continue for another 20 years or at least until I go on pension, because I have no plans of doing anything else.” However, he highlights a major external challenge, the ongoing drought in Namibia. “If it doesn’t rain this year, it’s looking bleak for our business prospects. But we hope and pray.”
