    Mike Foley is a security and telecoms specialist with over 40 years of diverse industry experience. Highly regarded in inner circles, his particular emphasis in recent years has been to facilitate regional co-operation in Southern Africa and the larger continent. Mike actively promotes African co-operation programmes on both commercial and governmental levels. He participates in high-level business networking and Black Economic Empowerment projects doing business in 23 African countries.

    Having travelled extensively both regionally and internationally, Mike has an in-depth and unique understanding of the African business community. These skills, together with his high level of political networking, enables him to provide exceptional insight into emerging economies.

    Current areas of co-operation are in mining, IT companies including Data Centres, security companies, power stations, oil refineries, critical infrastructure and property development projects.

    As CEO and Director of Gallagher Africa, Mike’s focus has been on access control command centre for government national key points, defence systems, financial sector, municipalities as well as commercial sites. 

    Nomhle is the Chairman of Three Diamond Resources and the CEO of the Luthuli Foundation. She has been the Chairperson and Director of Gallagher Power Fence SA Pty Ltd since May 2017.

    Nomhle has a track record of working on investment transactions, especially opportunities designed to empower previously disenfranchised communities. She raised R1 billion in capital in 1997 for the listing of her self-started company WIPHOLD and she was chairman of One Stone Capital (Pty) Ltd, the holding company for a R50 billion Passive Asset Management Company, which was sold to Old Mutual in 2011.

    Nomhle is a founding member of Women’s Development Banking (WDB) and WIPHOLD, which was sold to Old Mutual in 2003. She is on the board of public transport company PUTCO Holdings and construction company Stefanutti Stocks. Her previous directorships also included the SA Land Bank, Sentech, SA National Parks, AVI Ltd. Pareto –Property Company and Prime Media Holdings. She was a Special Advisor to former Communications Minister Ivy Matsepe Cassaburri from 2003-2005.

    Nomhle brings her strong leadership qualities to Gallagher as Chairperson of the Group.
